Enjoy a gentle, beginner-friendly yoga flow guided by Nicole, focused on breathwork, slow movement, and relaxation — set to a chill, high-vibe playlist and paired with intentional 420 pauses to deepen presence and reset the nervous system.
Melt into a healing soundbath with Roshni, featuring 432hz crystal quartz bowls designed to restore balance and calm the mind and body.
We’ll close with Vision Board Bingo guided by Ast ILandove, an interactive twist on traditional vision boarding. Participants will receive a bingo-style card to fill out with small, realistic goals— think: go to a musical, read a book or try out a new recipe. This is about practical, do-able goals that align with your everyday life, not overwhelming resolutions. You’ll reflect, manifest, and celebrate intentions alongside a supportive community.
She will also be offering additional spiritual readings to help you step into the new year with clarity and confidence.
After class, enjoy Mama’s Healing Sips serving up organic juices packed with health benefits, and House Guest offering protein boxes — the perfect quick bite to satisfy those post-yoga munchies.
